DEI is out. New laws and rules have been enacted, demanding a workplace free from DEI. Employers and employees, in tandem, need to understand these recently enacted mandates, and they must employ them in the workplace environment. What workshop best suits the needs of your organization? We are confused by the DEI “consultant” companies (who are quickly becoming relics of the past) that offer one hour – unreasonably high-priced –  workshops. Nothing meaningful can be accomplished in an hour. Accordingly, our shortest workshop is two hours; from there, we also offer half-day and full-day workshops. These workshops are highly informative, highly interactive, and highly innovative. All of our workshops are conducted virtually, to maximize efficiency, involve as many of your staff as possible, and to keep the costs reasonable. Finally, all KDV Workshops are closed sessions – for your organization only – and are presented by an instructor with superior credentials (not one of multiple associate-type staffers).
